Hello! I was born in Monterrey (Mexico), and I am interested in exploring artistic practices in relation to knowledge production and sustainable development. In 2024, I defended a thesis entitled Territorial Innovation through the Arts and earned a PhD in Arts and Art Sciences from the University of Toulouse. This research spanned seven years and was supported by CONACYT-FINBA (2018–2021) and the Stichting Hartwig Foundation (2019). In my hometown, I have worked for the Faculty of Visual Arts at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, the International Affairs Unit of the Government of the State of Nuevo León, and the Centro de las Artes | CONARTE. As a consultant, I have also collaborated with the National Fund for the Promotion of Handicrafts (FONART) in Mexico City and with UNESCO in Paris.
